By downloading, registering, or using Zults, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Terms of Sale.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Zults is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are 18 or older.
- You are using Zults for yourself and on your own behalf.
- You will not share or transfer your account credentials.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or other Zults policies.
You agree to use Zults lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- Misuse, damage, or interfere with the app or its servers.
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute Zults content or code.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Use Zults for any commercial or resale purpose.
Zults helps adults turn STI results into Rezults - a verified, shareable record of sexual-health status.
We are a digital wellness platform, not a healthcare provider.
Zults does not deliver medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
Rez is Zults' in-app educational assistant designed to promote safer sexual-health habits.
Rez may provide reminders or general educational content but:
- Does not provide medical or clinical advice.
- Does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatments.
- May store temporary preferences and local chat snapshots on your device so you can pause and resume.
- Does not keep a permanent server-side transcript of Rez chat sessions.
If you need medical help or are experiencing symptoms, contact a healthcare professional.
If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 999 (UK), 112 (EU), or 911 (US) immediately.
All intellectual-property rights in the Zults App, website, content, graphics, and branding belong to eWellness Limited or its licensors.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to use the Services for private, lawful purposes.
The names Zults and Rezults, and associated logos, are registered trademarks of eWellness Limited.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We host data securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and partner with trusted processors such as ShuftiPro Ltd for ID verification and OpenAI for document processing.
Uploaded PDFs are temporarily stored only to process, validate, and review your results. They are deleted as soon as your Rezults card is created or your submission is rejected. Provider link content is fetched once for parsing and is not stored as a file. We do not retain copies of user-uploaded documents for training or system-improvement purposes. Your Rezults card remains in your account until you choose to delete or replace it.
Zults may contain links to external websites (such as testing providers or clinics).
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these third parties.
Access to third-party websites is at your own risk.
We aim to provide reliable, secure access to Zults but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, suspend, or modify features at any time for technical, security, or legal reasons.
Zults is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eWellness Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
For UK and EU users, these Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland if you reside there).
For US users, these Terms are governed by Delaware law, and disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules.
We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always appear in-app and on our website.
