By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and in-app safety rules.
You must be 18 or older to use Zults.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use your account only for yourself.
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Zults lets users upload or import STI results, verify identity, manage privacy settings, share Rezults, and use optional premium features.
Zults is a digital wellness platform, not a clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, or emergency service.
All content in Zults, including Rez outputs, is educational only.
Zults and Rez do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace professional medical care.
For medical decisions, always consult a qualified clinician.
Rez provides educational support and reminders.
Rez sessions may store temporary context and local snapshots on your device for continuity, but Zults does not keep a permanent server-side transcript of Rez chat sessions.
You can clear Rez memory from Settings.
You can submit test results by uploading files or providing share links.
Zults may run automated and manual authenticity checks, including metadata analysis and fraud screening.
Source documents are deleted from our servers as soon as your Rezults is created or your submission is rejected, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Partner Notification is restricted to eligible verified premium users and is rate-limited.
You agree not to use this feature for harassment, threats, impersonation, or unlawful communications.
Misuse can result in feature removal, suspension, or account termination.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, operational, or quality reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
All intellectual property in Zults, Rez, Rezults, and related branding belongs to eWellness Limited or its licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal lawful use.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
For UK and EU users, English law applies and disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland where required).
For US users, Delaware law applies, and disputes may be resolved by arbitration where permitted.
