Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to paid features, subscriptions, and digital upgrades offered in Zults.
Purchasing a paid feature means you also accept our Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Seller

Paid services are provided by eWellness Limited (Company No. 12346871), 14 Royal Star & Garter, Richmond, TW10 6BF, UK.

3. Pricing and Checkout

Current prices are shown in-app at checkout and may vary by platform, currency, tax rules, and region.
App-store pricing controls over any outdated marketing copy.

4. Billing

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under your store-account settings.
We do not store full card or payment instrument details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel future renewal in your store settings at any time.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies, except where local law grants additional rights.

6. Premium Feature Eligibility

Some features (including Partner Notification and voice tools) require verified status and active premium eligibility.
Eligibility may change if verification is revoked, subscription lapses, or misuse is detected.

7. Feature Changes

We may improve, replace, or retire paid features for legal, security, or product reasons.
Where reasonably possible, we provide a comparable experience during any active paid term.

8. No Medical Service

Paid features remain educational and convenience tools.
They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses relating to paid features.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Law

UK/EU users: English law and courts of England and Wales (or Scotland where required).
US users: Delaware law and arbitration where legally enforceable.
